She understands that every person is different and that for a lot of people a piercing is rarely just a piercing, so will ask questions and take into account your needs and what you want to get out of your appointment to ensure you have the best and most comfortable experience possible.

Oli's job doesn't end once the piercing is done. She will provide check-ups, downsizing and jewellery changes as well as troubleshooting so that you're never left with questions about how your fresh or healed piercing is doing, and how to best care for it.
