A tattoo cover up - covering an old parrot with a new one.
FREE CONSULTATION AND ADVICE
A tattoo is for life and we want you to leave the studio with a piece of artwork that you love. We advise booking a consultation with one of our artists before you start to discuss your ideas. They can also advise on tattoo cover ups, adding to a tattoo, the healing process and any other questions you may have in advance of your appointment. You can book a consultation at no cost, or if you prefer, just telephone the studio and speak to one of our artists.
We have a large collection of books, flash sheets and design references including celtic, tribal, japanese, polynesian, old school, portrait, and black and grey shaded designs. You can choose a design from our library, or we can design an original piece unique to you. Do you research and bring your ideas into the studio, and one of our artists will turn them into a tattoo.
TATTOO COVER UP
If you have a tattoo that you are unhappy with, we can design a unique cover up. You may want a complete change, or you may simply want to rework an old piece and give it a new lease of life.
It is important that you carry out the correct aftercare treatment after receiving a tattoo. We advise using a specific tattoo aftercare product, or a high street product such as Bepanthen on your tattoo twice a day. Keeping it lightly moisturised will help the ink heal in place and prevent infection.
You should stay away from strong sunlight while the tattoo is healing as this can fade your tattoo, and continue to use a high factor sunscreen afterwards. You should also avoid swimming or bathing for two weeks after getting your tattoo to avoid infection.

The tattooist reserves the right to refuse to tattoo a visible place such as the hands or face. however each case is taken on its own merits. We will not tattoo anyone who appears to be drunk or under the influence of drugs.
